This is the opening sequence to "Shinzo Ningen Casshern" (1973, roughly translated to as "Neo-Human Casshern" but also known as "Casshan" or "Kyashan"), one in a series of '70's-'80's "superhero" shows created by Tatsunoko Productions (which also include "Space Knight Tekkaman", "Hurricane Polymar", "Time Bokan" and its spin-offs and most famously "Science Ninja Team Gatchaman", better known to US audiences as "Battle of the Planets" & "G-Force"). Golden-ringed Dragonfly Having a Rest オニヤンマ♂の休息
A male golden-ringed dragonfly (Anotogaster sieboldii, family Cordulegastridae) resting on the grass. He was giant and magnificent. Early-August 2008 in Japan. 写真判定からオニヤンマ♂と判明。本種は草などにぶら下がって止まる姿勢を好むようです。最後は背側から撮れたら完璧だったのですけど逃げられました。
